SpeechLab 2.0 is a text-to-speech synthesis system for
Bulgarian, which achieves exclusively natural and fluent speech in complete concordance with the Bulgarian language rules. People with visual impairments successfully tested the
high intelligibility of SpeechLab. The system uses advanced methods for text phonetization, complete accent dictionary, part-of-speech tagging and context rules for the prosodic
annotation for a natural intonation modulation of the synthetic voice. With this program you can read and process Bulgarian texts in different applications. SpeechLab can
be configured with various settings, which facilitates the user's work. With this program you can read the selected text in different text-processing applications or in Internet. You can set the appropriate for
your needs intonation and speed and to listen to the clipboard fragment without the need of using a screen reader. With this program you can read subtitles if you have a movie player, which support of
MS SAPI 5. SpeechLab gives you the possibility to read even when you don't have a computer by recording in audio format your readings.
